Our schedulers are here 6 days a week, from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 8:30am to 5pm (ET) on Saturdays. Because this is our sole focus, we strive for the highest referral and recall presentation rate in the industry. Doing the hard work for you, so you are free to do what you do best.

  • Nothing. Not until a patient presents and a procedure is completed. This is our skin-in-the-game business model that gives clients confidence in our partnership. Once the successfully completed procedures start rolling in, you’re charged one flat rate per successful procedure.

  • We don’t give up.

    For up to two years, we pursue patients with initial phone calls, follow-ups, and mailers.

    From 8am-8pm (ET) Monday to Friday,
    and 8am-4.30pm on Saturdays, our GI scheduling experts are here educating your patients.

    If patients don’t present within 30 days of an originally scheduled appointment, we follow up again.

  • Our domestic, well-trained, devoted GI schedulers. Our representatives are locals from right here in Pennsylvania. And we have Bilingual staff to effectively communicate with all of your patients.

    Calls come from your office number.
