What’s this going to cost our practice?

Nothing. Not until a patient presents and a procedure is completed. This is our skin-in-the-game business model that gives clients confidence in our partnership. Once the successfully completed procedures start rolling in, you’re charged one flat rate per successful procedure.

 

How do you guarantee more presents?

We don’t give up.

  • For up to two years, we pursue patients with initial phone calls, follow-ups, and mailers.
  • From 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday – Friday and  8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. ET on Saturdays, our GI scheduling experts are here educating your patients.
  • If patients don’t present within 30 days of an originally scheduled appointment, we follow up again.

How do you regulate compliance?

At PRSM, compliance is top of mind because it’s crucial in protecting your practice. Every phone call is an MP3, every letter is a PDF, and our reporting is transparent and complete.
